Seedhe Maut and Ahmer: Kicking off the mayhem this week is the bi-lingual hip-hop duo Seedhe Maut who have mastered the art of delivering witty rhymes over hot beats. Ahmer is a rapper/producer from Srinagar, Kashmir. His rhymes aim to introduce people to the complexities of life in the valley while giving us a holistic view of the community. Catch them live at Mic Drop in New Delhi on the 20th. 

Infected Mushroom: One of the most prolific duos in psytrance, the Israeli bred powerhouse has been converting vegetarians since 1996 and if you understand that reference, then you are already a fan. They are live at SoHo Delhi on the 20th.   

Miyagi: Miyagi’s unique sound is a mixture of hypnotic deep house and melodic techno. The German powerhouse has made waves around the world, serving his unique cocktail across Chicago, Berlin and Dubai to name a few. He is live at Summer House Cafe on the 21st.  

warpcore presents Aamish, Hoax, Karajimo, Praveen Achary: warpcore’s back with an all-star line-up to knock your socks off. Klaus Graf Quartet: The musicians of the Klaus Graf jazz quartet are internationally recognized jazz soloists and constantly working together with different jazz stars. They perform jazz with a soul character, melody-based and groove-driven music for the body and the mind. Catch them live at The Piano Man Jazz Club in New Delhi on the 21st. 

Traffic Jam: Traffic Jam is a four-piece hailing from northeast India that strives to pay tribute to the Rock Gods and Anthems they grew up with. They perform live at Farzi Cafe in Gurgaon on the 21st. 

Gin Explorers Club 3.0: India’s biggest Gin Festival is back for its third iteration. The Gin Safari will take you on a juniper–fuelled adventure as you explore 10 of the coolest Gin brands over a weekend of wicked revelry. Oh…and warpcore’s programming music on Day 1 of the festival, we just made the deal a little sweeter with performances from Ali Burrni, Elm, Murklin and Murthovic and many more. The two-day festival will start on the 22nd at One Golden Mile in New Delhi. 

Kapow!: Kapow! is a young band from Delhi, who never say no to an idea. An uppercut of explosive energy, a left jab of emotion and a roundhouse kick of stage antics, all come together to make a Kapow! Performance. Indian Ocean: Indian Ocean is a band that needs no introduction. They make music that blends experimental grooves with Indian ragas, complementing it with seamless bass lines and intricate guitar solos. Catch them live at Distillery Gurgaon in Delhi on the 22nd. 

Sofia Hoffmann ft. Shonai, Aditya & Shashank: A professional marine biologist, Sofia has for years balanced the rigour of her career with regular live performances all over Portugal and punctually abroad. Sofia specialises in jazz & soul, catch her live at Piano Man in New Delhi accompanied by Shonai, Aditya and Shashank on the 22nd. 

BLOT!: Considered to be one of the best exponents of an ethereal melodic house sound, Blot is India’s most dependable party starter from the underground space. Witness his set new “Weightless” concept at Auro Kitchen and Bar in New Delhi on the 22nd. 

Anish Sood: Anish Sood plays a versatile mix of house, techno and electro. He is considered to be one of the biggest names in India’s electronic dance music landscape. Joining him is Ashes’ whose mix of house and electro is peppered with unique sonic landscapes. Catch him live at Raasta in New Delhi on the 22nd and 23rd. 

Amelie Lens and Farrago: The fusion of classic techno with a fast, futuristic edge helps define Lens’ sound which has made her the global sensation for techno. On the other end, there is Farrago whose techno appeals to both body and mind. They are live at The Lalit in New Delhi on the 23rd for the first time in India.

Malfnktion, Paper Queen and YNZN.P: Malfunktion is the electronic music project of Bangalore based artist Aditya Alamuru, he mixes Hip-Hop, Bass and Electronica and is known for combining upbeat rhythms with ethnic sounds and samples. Mumbai based Hip Hop/Bass artist Paper Queen plays Old & Nu Skool Hip Hop, Trap, Future Beats & Bass while YNZN.P is an independent electronic music producer based out of Kathmandu. They perform live at Khar Social in Mumbai on the 19th.  

Sarathy Korwar: Raised in Chennai and Hyderabad, Sarathy Korwar is a percussionist who has established himself as one of the most creative voices in the UK Jazz scene. His music fuses Jazz and Indian classical instrumentation. Sarthy plays live at antiSOCIAL in Mumbai on the 19th.

Nick Hook and Manin: Nick Hook is NYC’s waviest resident: an in-demand collaborator, producer extraordinaire, and all-around provider of vibes who’s lent his touch to projects from Run The Jewels, Azalea Banks, Hudson Mohawke, and countless others. Manin is a future beats prodigy, inspired by the sounds of Soulection, Lucid Monday. They perform live at Bonobo in Mumbai on the 21st. 

Amelie Lens and Farrago in Bangalore: Amelie Lens and Farrago wreak havoc in Bangalore at The Lalit on the 21st, a prelude to what’s in store for Delhi on the 23rd. 

FILM and Sunil Hubli: Sanil Sudan aka FILM combines elements of House and Techno with sonic landscapes influenced by a range of styles like Hip-Hop, Jungle and even Pop. He dabbles in everything from the abstract to straight-up bangers. Sunil Hubli plays a mixture of Progressive House, Deep House, Tech House, Techno, Electronica and constructs his sets immaculately. They perform at Aqua, The Park in Bangalore on the 21st. 

Amelie Lens and Farrago in Mumbai: Amelie Lens and Farrago burn the dance floor in Mumbai at The Lalit on the 22nd before they leave for Delhi. 

Spryk, EZ Riser, Tienas, FTS and Dogz: Spryk is the electronic music & art exploration of Mumbai based Tejas Nair. Spryk’s work is a classic case of electronic exploration that makes use of available technology while referencing that which came before it and does so in a sincerely human way. EZ Riser is the solo project of Sohail Arora pushing cutting edge electronic music with a heavy emphasis on bass. The Mumbai-based MC Tanmay Saxena, known popularly as Tienas or Bobby Boucher, is a breath of fresh air in the city’s hip-hop community – bringing to the forefront a Nujabes-inspired sonic aesthetic that hasn’t been seen before in a region dominated by ‘gully rap’. FTS is a crew from Mumbai who dwelve in the tracts of hip hop, space, pop and element. Dogz is a hip hop crew from Dharavi, Mumbai. They are live at antiSOCIAL on the 22nd. 

Infected Mushroom in Bangalore: On their quest to convert the faithless, Infected mushroom preach to the masses a second time at Pebble in Bangalore on the 22nd. 

Sarathy Korwar in Bangalore: ICYM Sarathy Korwar’s unique musical cocktail, then catch him at Fandom At Gilly’s Redefined in Bangalore on the 22nd.  

Sacred Currents: Sacred Currents is a show created and performed by Sarah MeeRan Cave, an international violinist and composer. This intimate show explores the varying energies we carry, and how to navigate the unpredictable journey. In a raw, honest search for Truth, Sarah shares her nomadic adventure through music, poetry and narrative. Having studied both Western Classical, Hindustani Classical among other genres, Sarah weaves together both Western and Eastern flavors in a unique, enjoyable and accessible manner at Harkat Studios in Mumbai on the 23rd. 

Dasha Redkina and Delika: Ukraine-born Russian-bred sound artist Dasha Redkina has gathered her musical influences from Britain, where her sonic work took roots. Breaking rules and experimenting with non-standard musical forms, she is daring to throw electro between acid psychedelia, polish it with cosmic techno and silence it with abstract electronica. Being a flight attendant and travelling the world, Delika got the opportunity to go to several clubs internationally. She has been influenced by the sounds of John Digweed, Sasha, James Zabiela. Catch the duo at Aqua, The Park in Bangalore on the 23rd.
